If it is a personal trainer you are looking for, we have a range of personal trainers based here at our Penicuik facility, they are highly qualified and registered on CIMSPA to ensure continued professional development. We also have personal trainers who are specifically trained to teach special population clients, such as pre and post natal women, clients with mental health conditions, children aged 5-16, clients with long term medical conditions and much more.
