
FEA Kettlebell Instructor
DESCRIPTION The Kettlebell Instructor course is for those instructors looking to continue their professional development by becoming competent in teaching kettlebell exercises to clients. Although they have been around for a number of years Kettlebells are becoming more and more popular with fitness professionals as a training tool and can produce many benefits. Candidates will learn: - The benefits of kettlebell training - Safety considerations - A variation of exercises suitable for kettlebell training to include two arm swing, single arm swing, turkish get-up, front squat, clean and jerk, single leg dead lift, suitcase deadlift, one hand windmill and much more ASSESSMENT Candidates are assessed through questioning, session planning and a practical assessment.
