Online Workshop - Fuelling Physical Activity
This online workshop looks at fuelling physical activity for sport and exercise, it will look at the food and fuells that will help optimise energy when participating in activities. It will cover sports drinks carbs, popular carb combos, high fructose sugars, fructose and heart disease, bad science, carbohydrates and exercise, fuelling cycling, fat intake and exercise and ketogenic diet and exercise.
Once booked onto the course you are enrolled onto your e-learning where you can start your study, you will need to answer some written questions to complete the course and once completed you will be issued with a completion certificate.
